These Terms of Service govern your use of the applications, websites, and services (“Services”) provided by Perfect Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- All information provided must be accurate and complete.
2. Account Registration
- Register an account to access features.
- Keep login credentials confidential.
- Notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscription Plans

Plan Types :
Basic, Professional, Enterprise. Features described in app/website.

Fees :
Payable in advance; non-refundable unless required by law.

Upgrades & Downgrades :
Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of billing cycle.

Renewals :
Must be renewed before expiry; fees based on selected plan.

Cancellation & Revocation :
Cancel anytime; access remains until end of paid period.

Additional Users :
Extra users incur additional charges.

Payment Failures :
20-day grace period; persistent non-payment may lead to suspension and permanent deletion of account data.
4. Free Trial
- Duration and scope specified at registration.
- Trial accounts deactivate unless upgraded.
- Trial data retained 20 days post-expiry, then permanently deleted.
- Trial access may be modified, suspended, or terminated without notice.
5. Use of Services
You agree not to:
- Misuse, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Services.
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Use Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, software, and technology are owned by the Company.
- Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Services.
7. Service Availability
- Target uptime: 99.5%.
- Not liable for downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
8. Support Policy
- Support via email or in-app chat, Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
- Response time based on priority; premium support may be included in higher-tier plans.
9. Data Retention & Deletion
- Data retained only as necessary.
- Subscription/trial expiry triggers 20-day retention; after this, data may be permanently deleted.
- Users responsible for backups; early deletion requests accepted via support.
10. Refunds & Billing Disputes
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Billing errors or duplicate payments corrected within 7–10 business days.
11. Termination
- Violations, unpaid fees beyond grace period, or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension/termination.
- Upon termination, access ceases and data may be deleted (Section 9).
12. Limitation of Liability
- Services provided “as is.”.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
13. Indemnification
- You indemnify the Company and its officers/employees against claims arising from misuse or violation of Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governed by laws of India; courts in Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes to Terms
Updates communicated via app/email; continued use constitutes acceptance.
